Abstract

The Mission of the Polish Centre of Mediterranean Archaeology of the University of Warsaw (PCMA UW) carried out the works in old dongola from 15 January to 1 March 2012. 1 Excavation and conservation works in 2012 were carried out in the Citadel (Site SWN – the royal building complex B.I and B.v), on Kom h (Northwest Annex and the monastic church) and in the so-called Mosque Building (Throne hall).
