Abstract
A surface of over 30 hectares in the vicinity of Christian basilicas inside the city walls of Ptolemais was surveyed by geophysical methods in the years 2007–2010. The aim of the surveys was to localize remains buried beneath thesurfaceand recognizetheir position insidethecity grid. data obtained with the use of mainly non-invasive methods were also the basis of analyzing and reconstructing the plans of the buildings and their functions within the church complexes
